Exclusively. The Manoir "Castel d'Avron" of 230 m² was built in 1875 on the Avron plateau by the architect Viollet le Duc who, from the Notre Dame de Paris cathedral to the city of Carcassonne, has distinguished himself numerous restorations of medieval monuments. Built just ten kilometers from Paris in Neuilly-Plaisance, Viollet le Duc planned to make it his main residence. Since then, the Manor has taken a "cozy" look where the stamp of its authentic stones combines harmoniously with modern materials and equipment. Renovated with taste in 2014, the exterior building with its stained glass windows and Gothic tower has not been modified but redesigned entirely in its interior architecture. 15 minutes from Paris by the A3, and 10 minutes from the RER (line A), the manor is easily accessible.
